Welcome to the Staff Advisory Council (SAC), a dedicated platform established to champion the voice of our employees. At The Kidz Clubhouse we believe that the insights and experiences of our staff are integral to shaping a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-thinking workplace.
Founded in 2024, the SAC serves as a vital bridge between staff at all levels and the executive management team. Our council is comprised of staff members from diverse experiences and backgrounds, each bringing unique perspectives and ideas to the forefront.

Our Responsibilities Include

Voicing Concerns and Suggestions: We collect and present employee feedback on workplace issues, policies, and practices directly to the management, ensuring that your voice is heard and considered in corporate decision-making.

Advisory Role: We advise on and help implement initiatives that enhance the workplace, ranging from employee welfare programs to professional development opportunities.

Building Community: We organize events and forums that promote engagement, understanding, and camaraderie among staff members.
